Washington Township Recreation invites the community to enjoy a free and energizing wellness seminar led by Katie Mulvaney, CHES, a Health Educator from Hackettstown Medical Center. This uplifting session will explore practical, down‑to‑earth ways to nourish your body as you age, offering guidance that’s easy to understand and simple to put into practice. Participants will also head home with a wholesome, delicious treat to reinforce the day’s healthy‑living message.

The seminar takes place on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Washington Township Community Center, located at 35 East Springtown Road in Long Valley.
