Washington Township Recreation and TJD Sports Academy are kicking off the spring season with energizing pickleball programs for players of all levels. With three skill tiers to choose from, participants can enjoy the nation’s fastest‑growing sport while building confidence, improving technique, and connecting with others in a fun, social setting.

This spring’s sessions will take place at Rock Spring Park Tennis Courts in Long Valley. Five weeks of progressive instruction begin in mid‑April, with Thursday or Saturday morning options and built‑in rain dates to ensure full court time.

Program Schedule
Thursdays, April 16 – May 14, 2026 (rain date May 21)
9:00–10:00 AM -Newbie & Advanced Beginner

Saturdays, April 18 – May 16, 2026 (rain date May 22)
9:00–10:00 AM - Low Intermediate
10:00–11:00 AM - High Intermediate

The spring lineup offers three progressive levels to meet players where they are. Newbie & Advanced Beginner participants will focus on essential skills, core techniques, and foundational strategies to build confidence on the court. Those in the Low Intermediate group will reinforce their fundamentals while learning smarter shot selection, improved consistency, and more strategic play. Players ready for a challenge can join the High Intermediate level, which emphasizes faster rallies, advanced tactics, and competitive-style drills designed to elevate overall performance.

Nonrefundable fee is due by April 13, 2026, and early sign‑up is encouraged to avoid late fees and secure a spot. Space is limited, so spring is the perfect time to jump in—whether your brand‑new to pickleball or ready to elevate your game.
