FLYER:2026 Property Fraud Alert Seminar
Have you ever heard of property fraud, or do you know how to protect your home from real estate scams? To help residents safeguard their most valuable assets, Washington Township Recreation is hosting County Clerk Ann F. Grossi, Esq. from the Morris County Clerk’s Office to host an informative, free Property Alert Workshop featuring Morris. The presentation will take place on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 11:30 AM at the Washington Township Community Center, 35 East Springtown Rd., Long Valley, NJ 07853.
During the session, Clerk Grossi will explain the mechanics of property and deed fraud and outline effective steps residents can take to avoid becoming a victim. A major focus of the workshop will be the free Property Alert Service offered by the Morris County Clerk’s Office.
