Ready to ditch the stress and strike a pose this winter? Whether you can touch your toes or barely reach your knees, our yoga classes are here to help you breathe easier,move freely, and laugh a little along the way. Washington Township Recreation invites you to reconnect with yourself this season.

Thursdays January 8 – March 19, 2026 (11 weeks)

•   Early Morning Mat Yoga from 8am-9am
•   Beginner Chair Yoga 10am-11am

 All sessions have a nonrefundable fee due by January 5, 2026. Registration received after deadline date will receive a $25 late payment fee.  Please note that registration is considered closed once the class has begun
